Directions
From Interstate 5 South or Interstate 8 West:
Exit at Rosecrans Street, turn right on Canon Street, and turn left on Catalina Boulevard.
From Interstate 5 North:
Exit and turn left on Hawthorne Street, turn right on N. Harbor Drive, turn left on Rosecrans Street, turn right on Canon Street, and turn left on Catalina Boulevard.
On Memorial Day
Please arrive early. Parking is off-site in the Navy parking lot, east of the traffic light at Electron Drive and right off Catalina Blvd. San Diego Police will be posted on Catalina Blvd., directing traffic into the parking area. Personnel will also be at the guard gate just after the traffic light at Electron Drive, directing drivers to the parking lot.
Catalina Blvd. will be closed to public traffic past the guard gate beginning at 7:30 AM until after the ceremony has concluded. Shuttle service will start running at 8:00 AM, bringing guests to the front gate of Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery and returning them back to their vehicles when the service concludes.
